As a millwork designer, you will be responsible for creating custom furniture shop drawings, conducting rendering and takeoffs, and ensuring precise execution of designs. You will work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed millwork and furniture shop drawings based on architectural and interior design specifications.
  • Generate accurate takeoffs and material lists to aid in project estimation.
  • Develop high-quality 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure drawings are fabrication-ready with correct dimensions, joinery details, and material specifications.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Requirements:
  • Possesses proven experience in millwork drafting, furniture detailing, or interior architectural drafting.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Mozaik (or similar millwork software).
  • Showcases a strong understanding of joinery, materials, and furniture construction methods.
  • Has experience in rendering software for design visualization.
  • Can interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed millwork shop drawings.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings.
