
Training Program Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Learning Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training curricula.
In this role, you will also evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees. You must be able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging training materials and resources
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for various departments
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs
- Create and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees
