Collections Associate - A Key Role in Revenue Growth

Description of Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Collections Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling collection activities for pre-delinquent and past due accounts.

  • You will handle collection call outs, maintain update records of loan payments and client information, monitor progress of existing loans/dues, coordinate with clients on payments and payment options, prepare statements and reconciliation on clients loan, write collection letters, and submit various productivity/collection related reports.

The position requires the ability to strategize to achieve targets set, work long hours, and during weekends and holidays, as well as address various customer issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and proven working experience as a collection associate for lending and credit cards.
