Hiring Requirements

  • Demonstrate expertise in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and relevant SEC, BIR, BSP, and IC regulations
  • Prepare audit work programs, draft reports, management letters, and other communications
  • Conduct complex audit procedures and develop client-focused audit strategies
  • Review the work of associates, provide coaching, and lead a team of audit professionals
  • Bulletin strong relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skill
  • Collaborate with professionals from different teams, including tax, IT, and advisory services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in external audit, accounting, financial due diligence, or financial analysis
