Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives, focusing on driving growth and enhancing brand recognition. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, including social media, online advertising, content creation, branding, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Manage the company's digital presence to engage users and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Enhance online engagement through strategic initiatives, creative content, and consistent branding.
  • Conduct performance analysis using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, online advertising, content creation, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools to track performance metrics and improve strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating content for various digital marketing materials.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
