Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, implement, and manage privacy programs within the organization.
  • Ensure continuous alignment with applicable laws and regulations to support the development of an organizational privacy framework.
  • Monitor changes in data protection laws and update company policies and practices accordingly.
  • Lead investigations and responses to data breaches, ensuring timely reporting to regulatory authorities and affected individuals.
  • Review Privacy Risk Assessments for new processes, projects, and systems as well as Data Sharing Agreements involving the business.
