Job Summary

  • We are looking for an individual who can ensure the implementation of our curriculum and policies in accordance with our standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional leadership and staff management.
  • He/She must be able to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, as well as work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field is required.
  • The successful candidate must also be a LET passer with at least 3-5 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written, is essential for this position.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Able to work collaboratively with staff and parents, the ideal candidate will also have excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of computers, especially Microsoft Office Programs, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and monitor teacher performance to ensure students receive high-quality instruction.
  • Interview, train, and supervise teaching and support staff.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture that fosters a love of learning and promotes social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive school culture and promote a sense of community among staff, students, and families.
  • Manage resources to ensure effective and efficient allocation.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, addressing concerns and questions.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations and policies.
  • Oversee and lead planning and implementation of school events.
  • Attend meetings with school board and other stakeholders to represent the school and ensure its interests are represented.
