Job Overview

The primary function of this position is to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment. The Reliability Engineer will develop strategies to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely communication and task prioritization for operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on equipment reliability and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Review activities against industry best practices and OEM requirements.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for maintenance practices.
  • Implement a reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program and review its execution.
  • Identify potential problem areas and implement corrective measures.
  • Achieve annual objectives related to equipment availability and performance targets.
  • Proactively address repeat equipment issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Generate insightful reports using Power Bi and present them to senior leadership.
