Technical Specialist


Job Description:
  • This role is responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance, installation, and repair of electronic gaming machines and table games equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform on-going preventive maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all Electronic Gaming Machines and Table Gaming equipment.
  2. Perform immediate repairs and other maintenance activities in accordance with manufacture guidelines and departmental procedures.
  3. Inspect all new machines and conversion kits prior to installation onto the gaming floor.
  4. Assist in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items, and consumables for Electronic Gaming Machines and Table Gaming equipment.

Requirements:
  1. One (1) year technical experience.
  2. Experience in a Casino preferred.
  3. System experience preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification or trade certificate in electronics preferred.
