Key Account Officer Job Description

The Key Account Officer will play a crucial role in managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders involved in the acquisition of sites for various expansion projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the site acquisition process.
  • Site Selection and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites for acquisition, assessing their viability based on client requirements and regulatory considerations.
  • Negotiate Terms: Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for site acquisition.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, engineering, and finance, to facilitate the smooth execution of site acquisition projects.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and present regular reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible: Willing to do field work and report to Head Office when needed.
