As an Asset Management Assistant at SAN MIGUEL HOLDINGS CORP., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate databases, coordinating with the Acquisition team, and providing administrative support to the Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain databases of acquired properties, including their status and locations.
  • Coordinate with the Acquisition team to monitor and manage ROW projects.
  • Prepare property acquisition reports for higher management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Real Estate Management or Property Management.
  • At least two years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
