About the role

This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records of all products in inventory and on order at THE OBAGI SKIN HEALTH, INC.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
  2. Perform physical counts of inventory and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
  3. Receive and unpack all deliveries of the assigned branch.
  4. Manage and update inventory records in our system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an inventory or stock management role, ideally within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Educational Background: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Geographical Location: Willing to be assigned to one of our branches.
