Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support financial operations for our growing organization.

- Closing the books monthly and generating financial reports is crucial for our success.

- Processing invoices and managing payment reconciliations using QuickBooks demands accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing transaction details to support the CFO with SEC filings and audits is a key responsibility.
- Creating internal tickets for account managers regarding payment issues ensures seamless communication.
- Posting received payments and handling daily bookkeeping tasks require attention to detail and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and play a key part in month-end closing, financial reporting, and SEC filings.
