Key Role Overview

This position involves supporting a testing and monitoring program based on an annually reviewed risk plan and methodology. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective functioning of operational risk management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive coverage framework for operational risks to support the annual risk plan.
  • Independently monitor operational risk trends and activities, identifying key areas of focus.
  • Support and perform an effective challenge process based on predefined criteria and build into the annual plan.
  • Coordinate a holistic risk assessment process, eliminating duplication and ensuring a thorough evaluation of risks.
  • Proactively identify high-risk areas that require immediate attention.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in operational risk management, preferably within the Risk or Internal Audit function, with a deep understanding of critical operational risk lifecycle activities.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in process governance, with knowledge of processes aligned with policies, regulatory frameworks, and operational standards.
