Warehouse Optimization Specialist

As a seasoned professional in industrial engineering, you will oversee the design and implementation of efficient warehouse processes that drive productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and line design. You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize capacity utilization, reduce costs, and ensure reliable warehousing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes aligned with global architecture
  • Collaborate with regional teams to improve knowledge sharing and efficiency
  • Design and optimize warehouse layouts for evacuation of finished goods and waste
  • Ensure safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities
  • Implement SPS system and achieve targeted scores through continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong management and coordination skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
