We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Chat Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional sales support. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and communicating effectively with our clients.

To excel in this position, you'll need strong analytical skills to identify trends and improve chat interactions. You'll also need to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Here are the key qualifications and responsibilities for this position:

  • At least 6 months BPO experience with excellent communication skills; Sales Experience is a significant advantage
  • OF experience is a valuable asset
  • You'll need your own equipment (Laptop or PC) as this is a fully remote role
  • A private workspace is necessary
  • You should be able to start as soon as possible
  • You'll need at least 50mbps internet speed
  • Your typing speed should be at least 40wpm
  • Please note that this role is only available to Philippine-based candidates
