Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist

This is a remote role where you will own and expand partnerships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals. The focus is on Wedding Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline of wedding planners, venues, and event professionals to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email and phone to introduce clients to Wedding Insurance solutions.
  • Educate prospects on product benefits and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support clients during onboarding and help drive the successful promotion of the product.
  • Maintain accurate lead and interaction data in a CRM system.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales or as an Account Executive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English fluency required.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt messaging in real time.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or evolving environments.
Bonus Points:
  • Background in insurance, wedding services, or event-related industries.
  • Prior experience in account management and client retention.
