Job Title: Finance Process Expert

The Global Finance team collaborates closely with various functions to execute finance processes, resolve operational issues, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will execute standard operating procedures, engage with stakeholders, and facilitate onboarding for new joiners and internal transfers within P2P.

They will manage vendor accounts and resolve reconciliation issues while acting as OIC in the absence of the Team Lead.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Finance, or Management
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing or Shared Service Center environment
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
