Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, maintaining, and optimising cloud and hybrid environments that support financial trading operations.

  • Provide L1/L2 support for cloud and on-prem systems, including Azure VMs, storage, and networking.
  • Maintain system health, perform patching, backups, and configuration reviews.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Operations
    • Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 including compute, IAM, and monitoring.
    • Enforce cloud governance, tagging, and cost optimisation.
    • Support automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Network & Security Administration
    • Good base knowledge on IT networking.
    • Virtualisation & HCI Support VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and HCI platforms.
    • Perform VM provisioning, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Security Operations
    • Monitor and respond to alerts from SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms.
    • Enforce access controls, MFA, DLP, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
    Preferred Skills & Experience
    • Proven experience in financial services or trading environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, and HCI.
    • Familiarity with Citrix, Active Directory, Windows Server, and backup systems.
