Job Overview

We're seeking an artistic professional with expertise in digital design to collaborate with our team.

This Production Artist Virtual Assistant will be responsible for creating custom designs for various products and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

  • Designing and developing visual content that meets client specifications, including murals, wallpapers, pillows, and blankets.
  • Maintaining consistency across different materials and output processes using precise color management techniques.
  • Executing layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and optimal readability.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, and possess strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards.
  • Design Asset Management: Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted and versioned.
  • Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
