We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Infrastructure Director - Geotechnics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational, technical, and business development management of the Country Sub-Sector, supporting KTP's vision and values.
The Country Infrastructure Director - Geotechnics will provide leadership and direction to the activities of the sub-sector within the country, considering the country sub-sector portfolio. They will ensure operational and technical excellence and performance of the Country Sub-Sector, growing the SJ Group Infrastructure function through optimal people, commercial, business development, client relationship management, and project performance.
The role requires a high level of expertise in geotechnics and infrastructure development, as well as strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects successfully, to budget and client specifications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years' industry experience in geotechnics and infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects successfully, to budget and client specifications.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
