We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Administration and Accounting Specialist to join our team in Baguio City. As an Admin and Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and accounting tasks, including recording and reconciling daily sales with daily sales reports. Your tasks will also include bank reconciliation, assisting in the accomplishment of Daily Void Report, and conducting Monthly Physical Inventory count.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform various administrative and accounting tasks, including recording and reconciling daily sales.
  2. Conduct bank reconciliation and assist in the accomplishment of Daily Void Report.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and perform physical counts as needed.
  4. Assist in receiving, issuance, and monitoring of inventory stocks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business administration and accounting.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software.
