Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator. As a key member of the content creation process, you will be responsible for developing engaging content ideas, preparing content calendars, and producing compelling copy.

The successful candidate will have experience working with social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with our creative director.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative content ideas for social media and create a content calendar
  • Produce compelling copy, visual imagery, and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Adhere to brand guidelines for tone, voice, and visual content
  • Write clear and concise copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other social media content
  • Craft stories that resonate with our target audience and convey our brand's narrative effectively

Community Management and Influencer Engagement:

  • Manage community interactions and respond to comments in a timely manner
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships or sponsored content

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track performance and generate reports
  • Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and growth in followers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years combined experience as a Digital Content Creator / Art Director
  • Experience working across a range of high-profile client accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
