Job Title: Creative Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Creative Artist to join our team. As a Creative Visionary, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or encourage the audience to positively respond to a campaign.

  • Edit recorded raw files into an output ready for posting.
  • Develop overall layout and production design for social media, advertisements, brochures, etc.
  • Utilize AI tools for video prompting, image generation, and creative design enhancements.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by clients or the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all outputs align with the project brief before client submission.
  • Stay updated with emerging design & AI tools and be open to exploring new software/platforms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent taste in design, a strong foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, design, and typography, and knowledge of both digital and print formatting requirements.

You will also need to be able to work productively with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines, and have a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Skilled in using AI tools such (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, Canva AI Tools, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E 3).
  • Experienced in intermediate photo and layout editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).

This is a full-time opportunity with basic salary + government-mandated benefits, health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives. Salary will be based on: skills, attitude, performance, and attendance. There is also an opportunity for regularization and promotion.
