Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume and resolution time.
