Job Description:
At Cyberbacker, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Efficiency Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating quality measurements to track improvements in efficiency and accuracy. You will develop quality assurance standards and company processes that adhere to our quality and process standards. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all cashflows are thoroughly tracked and counter-checked before payout. Additionally, you will respond to inquiries during and after payout, and help the team address any disputes that may arise. To minimize discrepancies, you will create processes that can possibly eliminate or reduce them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create quality measurements to track improvement in efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
  • Adhere to company quality and process standards
  • Ensure Cyberbackers meet expectations and demand
  • Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
  • Ensure that all cashflow are tracked and counter-checked before payout
  • Respond to inquiries during and after payout
  • Help the team in addressing disputes
  • Create a process that will possibly minimize or eliminate discrepancies


About the Role:
This is a key position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
