Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Professional to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity in the Water Treatment Plant Operation & Process sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily sampling activities and liaison with external laboratories as per process lead.
  • Conduct day-to-day laboratory preparations, analysis, and subsequent reporting to management.
  • Follow-up reagents and consumables inventories and anticipate upcoming purchases.
  • Properly maintain all laboratory equipment and online sensors at site.
  • During process commissioning/PPP, fill the role of the laboratory technician in charge of the day-to-day operation of the plant.
Requirements
  • Graduate-level chemical engineering or specialized technical competency.
  • Experience in water treatment plant operation and process including process troubleshooting and adjustments in case of issues.
  • Knowledge of online sensor monitoring and calibration.
  • Experience in handling laboratory instruments and online sensors from major brands (E+H, HACH, SIEMENS etc).
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance manuals for instruments, PIDs, contract documents, inspection reports, method statements, and procedures, ITP and ITR preparations.
  • Knowledgeable in instrument commissioning and operation as well as laboratory operation.
  • Knowledgeable in process control and optimization.
