
Senior Amazon Account Specialist

As an accomplished Amazon FBA expert, you will be responsible for managing a high-level Amazon account. Your primary objective is to ensure the accuracy and performance of product listings.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, including customer service, conducting daily product listing checks, responding to customer inquiries, handling product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback, analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level, and implementing solutions.
Additionally, you will monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate, resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales, and contribute to the growth and success of the company by implementing effective strategies and optimizing operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
- Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability—you own your work.
- Exceptional communication skills—you anticipate problems before they arise.
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
