About Our Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Content Creator to drive impactful content development and execution for our marketing initiatives.

This role offers flexibility, growth potential, and the opportunity to create engaging content that resonates with our B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a wide range of content, including email campaigns, landing pages, guides, and sales collateral, that effectively communicate our value to customers.
  2. Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking.
  3. Support Sales and Customer Success teams by enhancing sales decks, presentations, and product overviews, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging and design.
  4. Design adaptable templates for various industry partners, channels, and products, making our marketing processes efficient and scalable.
  5. Stay current with B2B content best practices, leveraging industry research and examples to create data-driven, competitive content.
  6. Maintain organized records of campaign tracking, target audiences, and engagement metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, bringing projects to completion with initial direction.
  2. Effective communicator who can align content with cross-functional goals and ensure seamless remote collaboration.
  3. Keeps up-to-date with B2B marketing trends and techniques, incorporating these into content to keep our brand competitive.
  4. Approaches content with an analytical mindset, tracking key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) to drive informed decisions for future campaigns.
  5. Balances creativity with brand consistency, delivering engaging and visually cohesive content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
  6. Tackles issues independently, navigating remote challenges and troubleshooting software limitations.
  7. Prioritizes content that meets strategic goals, driving user engagement, supporting customer acquisition, and enabling sales.
  8. Skilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Suite, with experience in B2B marketing practices a plus.
