Job SummaryThe HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, preparing new employees' files, orienting new hires, and overseeing compensation benefits documentation. This role will also assist in monthly payroll preparation and administration, update employee benefits and employment status, and develop training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Management: Source, screen, and select top talent to fill open positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage employee compensation, benefits, and time-off policies, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Payroll and Time-Off Administration: Assist with the preparation and administration of bi-weekly payrolls, including processing time-off requests and managing leave balances.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
