Position Overview

This position offers the opportunity to join our team at Bayer (Schweiz) AG as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Job Duties:

  • Perform day-to-day tax compliance operations.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of tax-related documents.
  • Address tax errors and issues noted during review.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Respond to tax queries from various stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing safekeeping and retention of files.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the role.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Graduate, preferably CPA.
  • At least 1 year experience of Audit, Local or SSO experience in the areas of VAT, Withholding and Corporate Income Taxation.
  • Knowledge in ASEAN Tax is an advantage.
  • Advanced understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant IT systems.
  • Fluent in English, any other spoken language is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to express complex issues in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in changing and complex environments.
