About the Role

Sophos is a global leader in advanced security solutions. The role collaborates with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to enhance and standardize corporate compensation strategies and programs, driving internal equity, market competitiveness, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead internal/external market analysis for the APJ region to develop pay ranges, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  2. Partner with Global Compensation team to manage global merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including budget management, systems updates, training, and reporting.
  3. Design and implement benefits programs for the APJ region, ensuring seamless administration.
  4. Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  5. Develop and deliver training/communications on compensation and benefits programs.
  6. Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant compensation experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools a plus.
