We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations.
Job DescriptionThis role involves overseeing scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams. The successful candidate will maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates, as well as coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
- Update and maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.
