Job Title: Vice President of Business Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Operations to drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing strategic business plans and procedures, setting performance goals, and establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans and procedures.
  • Set comprehensive performance and growth goals.
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
  • Oversee daily operations and supervise executives.
  • Lead employees to maximize performance and dedication.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance.
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership on important matters.
  • Assist in fundraising ventures and expansion activities.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a COO or relevant role.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc.
  • Strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Fundraising experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
