About the Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team as a Learning Solutions Architect.

">

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, skill-based learning content for both new and existing employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Architect and deliver learning solutions to meet the needs of internal customers">
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning gaps and develop solutions">
  • Maintain and update learning content to ensure it remains relevant and effective">
  • Utilize various platforms/tools (ex: Articulate 360) to develop skills-based learning content">
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions">
">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience in designing/developing learning content in a corporate environment.

">

You should also have experience managing a team of instructional designers and utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline 360 suite or other related tools.
