Position Purpose:

The Instructional Designer primary role is curriculum design and development with limited facilitation requirements. Conducts integrated training needs assessments, designs, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs to support call center operations. Delivery methods include instructor-led training and e-Learning design and delivery.

Job Requirements:

  1. Develops instructor-led and computer-based training curricula, handbooks, job aids, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works including the use and support of a Learning Management System.
  2. Manages content review process which includes validating learning objectives, implementing changes and updates as needed, assessing course effectiveness, and ensuring high quality of deliverables.
  3. Gathers up-to-date information and integrates feedback into best practices.
  4. Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a certified Trainer or equivalent.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience in Training and Development or Design/Multimedia.
  3. 2 to 5 years of working experience in the design, development, and delivery of training materials.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Background in training and adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  6. Knowledge and experience with the ADDIE model.
