Instructional Designer

Position Purpose:
The Instructional Designer primary role is curriculum design and development with limited facilitation requirements. Conducts integrated training needs assessments, designs, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs to support call center operations. Delivery methods include instructor-led training and e-Learning design and delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Develops instructor-led and computer-based training curricula, handbooks, job aids, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works including the use and support of a Learning Management System.
- Manages content review process which includes validating learning objectives, implementing changes and updates as needed, assessing course effectiveness, and ensuring high quality of deliverables.
- Gathers up-to-date information and integrates feedback into best practices.
- Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Trainer or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience in Training and Development or Design/Multimedia.
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in the design, development, and delivery of training materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in training and adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Knowledge and experience with the ADDIE model.
