Job Overview

The Junior Payroll Accountant position plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for maintaining highly-confidential employee pay data and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain payroll related databases, templates, etc.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.
  • Prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines.
  • Conduct post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy.
  • Conduct post-payroll audits to validate statutory contributions.
  • Conduct post-payroll audits to validate payroll-related vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and send out client invoices within the prescribed deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees, and partners.
  • Respond and resolve queries within prescribed SLAs.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations.
  • Work experience in an Employer of Record structure would be beneficial.
  • Work experience in cross-country payroll would be advantageous.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Excel proficiency is mandatory.
