Main Responsibilities

The Financial Operations Lead will:

  • Manage the Treasury subsidiary ledgers of Corporate Loans and Service Concession Obligations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments of obligations and prepare loan and SCO-related schedules.
  • Comply with loan covenants and ensure registration of foreign loans for FX purchase and debt servicing.
Fundraising and Treasury Functions

The Financial Operations Lead will also support Enterprise fundraising exercises and provide assistance in loan drawdown requirements and lender communications.

  • Supports the preparation of loan drawdown requirements and ensures timely submission to lenders' banks.
  • Reviews loan agreement provisions for fundraising initiatives and assists in coordinating with stakeholders.
Treasury Accounting and Reporting

The role involves managing treasury ledgers, preparing loan and SCO-related schedules, and submitting reports to ensure compliance with financial and reportorial requirements.

  • Prepares the accretion table and computes the initial carrying value of new loan drawdowns for facility creation.
  • Maintains worksheets and manages the accretion and valuation of outstanding Corp. Loans and SCO.
  • Analyzes and recommends accounting entries for month-end Corp. Loans and SCO.
  • Validates and analyzes the SL-GL Reconciliation for the Treasury Loan Ledgers.
  • Prepares periodic internal reports, forecasts, and analysis relating to Corporate Loans and SCO.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage, but not required.
  • Experience in financial audits, loan administration, reconciliation, treasury, financial reporting, or stakeholder coordination is an advantage.
  • Open to newly licensed CPAs.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
