We are seeking a creative marketing professional to help scale our digital presence while maintaining a unique, approachable brand voice.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of AI tools and automation workflows, as well as hands-on experience in managing social media and content creation in the financial sector.

  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets in Canva
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Monitor industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
  • Prepare all content for compliance approval workflows
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms
  • Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights
  • Analyze advertising data and understand how to tweak and create landing pages with Elementor and other tools

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
