Job Overview

The key role of the SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist is to drive increased enrolments for clients in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector through comprehensive SEO campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve website performance, search engine indexing, and domain authority.
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques, such as optimizing course information for targeted keywords in position tracking campaigns.
  • Execute off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building and collaboration with industry partners.
  • Analyse reports and analytics from tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to fine-tune websites for improved traffic and conversions.
  • Work closely with directors to align digital marketing strategies with client goals and company objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing services, with advanced proficiency in SEO tools and techniques.
  • Bonus skills: Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup and management, and website development using WordPress and Elementor.
  • Formal qualifications or certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or SEO are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an agency setting, specifically within a digital marketing agency, with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients.
