Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

This is a full-time role for an IT Support Professional responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical assistance, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely IT support to users.
  • Manage network infrastructure and oversee information technology systems to ensure reliable operations.
  • Support on-site and remote systems, diagnose hardware/software problems, and implement fixes.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or IT Deskside Support team supporting multiple sites.
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
  • Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance.
  • Experience administering and/or troubleshooting local area networks and Wifi.
  • Experience using a ticketing system ServiceNow for customer service.
  • Experience in IT Asset Management.
  • With experience in handling audio and video livestreaming (OBS, Facebook Live, Zoom).
  • Highly process oriented.
  • Knowledge in ITSM and ITIL.
  • Understanding of the basic concepts of Computer and Information Systems security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in person and via phone/radio) with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
