Overview

The estimated salary for this position is P800,000 per year.

Job Description
  • Sales Target Achievement: The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for ensuring the sales team meets their monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets.
  • Team Management: They will manage day-to-day sales activities of the team, ensure smooth implementation of sales policies, and identify effective selling activities to support sales consultants.
  • Reporting: The Senior Sales Director will submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Heads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course with more than 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Real Estate Broker's License is an advantage.
