We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in managing export documentation, permits, invoices, and shipment tracking for seafood exports to Chinese-speaking markets.
- Serve as a liaison between the company, clients, suppliers, and business partners to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Provide translation and interpretation support for business negotiations, contracts, and official communications.
- Conduct market research and analysis on Chinese seafood industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for management and external stakeholders.
