Company Overview

At DD International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Assistant to join our dynamic logistics and operations team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and be comfortable with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with logistics providers, customers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate logistics deliveries and pickups.
  • Communicate with customers and clients regarding delivery status and other logistics-related matters.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in BPO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with logistics providers, customers, and clients.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
