Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with auditors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reports, including reviews and analysis
  • Ensure timely filing and submission of regulatory reports and compliances with SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU, and other government bodies
  • Coordinate with auditors on quarterly audit reviews and annual local audits
  • Plan, lead, organize, and control activities related to financial matters
  • Prepare budget and forecasts as needed
  • Report and coordinate with parent company's higher management on finance-related matters
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in finance/accounting and related fields, preferably in BPO industries
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS as required by SEC, BIR, and other regulatory bodies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all regulatory compliances (BIR, SEC, PEZA, LGU, etc.)
  • Critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

As a Financial Manager at Gratitude Philippines, you can expect a competitive salary range of PHP 150,000 - PHP 250,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
