Key Responsibilities

• Contacting applicants across all sourcing portals and referrals
• Sourcing candidates using traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels
• Coordinating with the Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure all requirements are captured
• Creating and posting job advertisements through different job portals
• Conducting initial assessments of resumes or job applications
• Ensuring that all recruitment steps and requirements are followed per client
• Formatting resumes and creating profile summaries according to a predetermined standard
• Coordinating with candidates in the submission and completion of employment requirements
• Conducting reference/background checks when necessary
• Submitting daily/weekly recruitment reports
• Other tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition
