Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABRI COMMERCIAL INC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including handling office tasks, making travel arrangements, and screening phone calls.
  • Use computer software to generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including typing and software proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
