Job Title: Community Presence Expert

GrowthAssistant is seeking an experienced professional to manage online presence. As a skilled Reputation and Community Management expert, you will be responsible for protecting our clients' reputation by monitoring review platforms, crafting empathetic responses, and supporting initiatives that foster positive client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor major review platforms daily for new activity and engage with customers in a timely manner.
  • Draft and post professional responses to customer reviews to address their concerns and showcase our expertise.
  • Assist in implementing outreach campaigns to encourage positive reviews and improve our online standing.
  • Track performance metrics and generate regular reports to help us optimize our strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate review responses, sentiment analysis, and customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Background in community management or customer success roles is essential to this position.
  • Experience in customer service, reputation management, or community building is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and automation connectors to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong written communication skills with empathy and professionalism are required to craft compelling responses and build trust with customers.

  • Understanding of brand voice and tone consistency will enable you to create cohesive and engaging content.
