Job Description

Security Analyst Opportunity


The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting security assessments, audits and vulnerability scans. They will assist in generating reports and recommendations to improve the organization's overall security posture.


The Security Analyst will monitor security events and incidents, escalating issues as required and contributing to containment efforts. They will also assist with the implementation of security policies and standards.


Additionally, the Security Analyst will collaborate with the security team on documentation and process improvement. They will participate in incident response activities and assist with investigations.


The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow in the security field. They will begin to familiarize themselves with security trends and best practices.


They will support security awareness training initiatives and display a commitment to continuous learning.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiencies in information security and risk assessment
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
