Accounts Payable Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of disbursements for our organization and its affiliates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for supervising a team of accounts payable staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements, analyzing invoices and expense reports for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policy, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze invoices and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility of payment transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of disbursements

  • Reconcile and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
